Department 1. Retail Operations: This involves Verticles like- Central Processing Unit(CPU); Account Opening; Clearing & Settlements; Centralised Collection Grid Operations(CCGO); CTS Clearing; Reconcilliation & Settlement; RTS; Central Liability Hub(CLH); Account Maintenance; Depository Operations; NRI Operations; Asset Operations.
Department 2. Transaction Operations- Trade & Forex; Overseas LOC; Trade; BG; Domestic Trade & Forex; Retail Forex- TC cards; Centralised Collection & Payment Hub(CCPH), Cheques/RTGS/NEFT; IPO Related Transactions.
Department 3.
Financial Crime Management: AML; Transaction Monitoring, Credit Card Frauds; Merchant Acquisition.
