2. Demonstrating commitment and diligence in all tasks

5. Maintaining regular and active engagement with the team and projects
6. Recruiting, managing, and mentoring 20+ HR interns to help them achieve their completion targets
7. Motivating and maintaining an engaged team of 20+ HR interns to meet set goals
8. Designing and posting job descriptions effectively

Sourcing potential candidates from various platforms manually
10. Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
11. Conducting interviews via phone or video calls
12. Sending job offer emails and handling queries regarding compensation and benefits
13. Acting as a consultant to new hires, assisting with onboarding processes
14. Providing regular mentoring and management to hired candidates
15. Monitoring key HR metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
16. Participating in job fairs and organizing in-house recruitment events
17. Mentoring and monitoring large teams to ensure goal achievement
18. Maintaining and sharing daily reports with the manager
