Job Description :
Team Management (Front line sales) and penetration increment &support; Company in growing market share through frontline sales team.
To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (Within & Outsidedealership) as per the targets.Relationship Building (Dealers / Customers).
Resolve the issues escalated by (frontline sales team & the dealers).Acquiring more customers through ADC / Rural channel.
Market intelligence / planning & executing activities, leadgeneration / sourcing.Managing the team of executives w.r.t. compliance / policyadherence ®ular; network visits & managing DCC portfolio.
FEMI / NS -collection of FEMI bounce case & nonstarter (DCC / NDCC).Resolution of customer complaints.Coordinate with training team.
Interview & Selects DMAs / CSMs and recommend the same to RM &HO; for final approval.Understand various reports & take corrective action with thedealership &frontline; sales team.
Responsible for PDD i.e., post disbursal docs viz., RC details etc.Update RMs on daily / weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs Achieved &escalate; the issues to them.
