Job Overview

We seek an experienced Civil Engineer to lead the planning and construction management of a major hotel construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design, project management, and construction oversight.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment

- Oversee site preparation, foundation work, and structural construction

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards







- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks

- Resolve technical and logistical issues that arise during construction

- Prepare and present progress reports to project stakeholders

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;l

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management/ Execution

- Proficient in project management tools

- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction safety practices

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Work Environment
