About the Role:

Job Summary:
The IT Vendor Management analyst is an indispensable contributor to the fast-paced global environment, orchestrating the procurement process for Global IT Function-related goods and services with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising IT Opex and Capex Purchase Requests using SAP systems and GEP S2P system working with approvers to ensure POs are released in a timely manner and within the agreed timeframes.
- Validate that purchase requests align seamlessly with dynamic business needs and stringent compliance standards.
- Review and approve invoices and ensure those get processed quickly and efficiently and working with Accounts payable/Finance to resolve any queries as required.
- Ability to work independently delivering to tight deadlines.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to swiftly comprehend evolving IT requirements and specifications.
- Cultivate strong relationships with IT organizations, ensuring adaptability in the management of external purchases and budget processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to IT purchases and vendor contracts, adapting swiftly to changing circumstances.
- Regularly review and track the real-time status of various request purchase requisitions.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in working in SAP systems.
- Expertise in working with Global IT suppliers.
- Working knowledge on Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI will be added advantage)
- Strong experience of a minimum of 3 years in creating Global IT purchases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze cost structures and trends with speed and accuracy.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced global environment.
