Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
Assist in drafting and updating employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
Support the coordination and facilitation of training sessions and workshops on topics such as conflict resolution, communication skills, and workplace diversity.
Conduct research on best practices in employee relations and provide recommendations for improvements.
Aid in the preparation of reports and presentations related to employee relations metrics and trends.
Collaborate with other HR team members on various projects and initiatives as needed.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, events, seminars, and workshops.
Additional Qualification And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct thorough research and provide actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
