Job Purpose
Responsible for all the types of finance and accounts Audit, filing of various forms and return under applicable F&A; laws, ensuring timely responses related to Govt.
communications (notices) Looking after Day to Day accounting of the entire company as a whole.
Conducting and completing various types of Audit such as Statutory Audit, Income Tax Audit, GST Audit, Internal Audit, etc.
with minimum queries and within predefined timelines.
- Filing of various types of returns such as Income Tax Return, GST Return, TDS Returns, filing of various Forms with Income Tax Department, MCA, RBI, etc.
- Obtaining data from other Dept., processing the same and then providing such data to Auditor, Consultant, and Govt. Authorities for further process.
Responding to the queries of various Govt. Authorities, filing of grievances and appeals, providing data / information to Govt. authorities, etc.
Primary Responsibility
Description
Compliance to F&A; Audits
To facilitate all auditors visiting, ensuring timely completion (availing all necessary reports as required) of various audits with zero queries, in consultation with superiors.
Types of Audits : Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Income Tax Audit, GST Audit, Service Tax Audit, VAT / CST Audit, Due Diligence, etc.)
Taxation
Receive,
process and verify the primary data for filing, coordinate with consultants, timely filing of various returns, statements and forms after due consultation with superiors.
Income Tax Return, TDS Returns, TP Returns, Form 3CA-3CD, Form 3CEB, Form 67, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A, Form DRC-03, Form 10DA, Form 3CEAA, Form 285BA, etc.
Accounting Management
Responsible for day to day accounting is completed (including re-validation) as per Accounting Standards like Journal Entries, Ledger Scrutinizes, Account Settlements, etc.
Compliance with Accounting Standards issued by ICAI, Provisions of Companies Act, 2013 & rules made thereunder, Income Tax Act, 1961 & rules made thereunder, GST Act & rules made thereunder, etc.
Govt. Communications
Responsible for giving timely reply of notices to Govt. Authorities, filing of appeals, Grievances, etc. (Filing of appeals, grievances, reply of SCNs to Income Tax Dept.
Service Tax Dept., GST Dept., VAT / CST Dept., ROC Dept., RBI, etc.)
Finance
Following-up and routine communication with Bankers for Credit facilities, submitting data / documents.
Filing of Debtors' Ageing, FFR, Stock Statements, Yearly Stock Audit, Yearly site visit, UFCE declaration, documents at the time of credit facility renewal, follow up for New FCDl, roll-over of FCDl, any othe queries related to that, etc.
