Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in an international BPO setting across various processes, including banking, hotels, railways, and airlines.
- Voice Process: Handle customer interactions through voice communication.
- Salary: Competitive salary ranging from 18k to 30k.
- Location: Positions available in Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an international BPO.
- Transportation: One-time transportation provided from home to office and vice versa.
- Shift Schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational days off each week.
