Experience: 5-10 years in social work, preferably in palliative care field/other social causes/with other NGOs

Essential Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, and counselling techniques.
- Demonstrated experience in program development, project management, and quality improvement processes.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Job Profile
- Provide visionary leadership to the social work team,
fostering a culture of collaboration, empathy, and innovation.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, resources, and operational plans to achieve organizational goals effectively.
- Develop and implement comprehensive psychosocial assessment and intervention protocols.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care plans.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for volunteers.
- Collaborate with volunteer organizations, schools, and community groups.
- Identify emerging needs and trends in palliative care and social work practice.
- Establish outcome measures and evaluation frameworks.
- Represent the organization in relevant forums, coalitions, and policy-making bodies.
