D Key Result Areas
· Key Account Manager, Group Sales for Tata Group Companies
· Collaborate (internally) with TES Relationship Team and (external) Tata Group organizations and brokers to identify opportunities for partnerships.
· Design Group solutions for employees, vendors and customers of the Tata Group
· Closely Track and monitor the renewal dates of annual GTL policies and proactive approach to WIN deals
· Upsell GTLs for higher covers and salary multiples to increase GTL premiums.
· Upsell voluntary cover to employees from associated companies
· Scope the potential for the Group Funds business and attract AUMs to Tata AIA
· Group Company Onboarding and Activation
· Ensure closures with internal and external stakeholders for agreement Group sign-ups
· Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design and implementation of the Group Insurance schemes as per business requirements
- Driving business goals / efficiencies in tie-ups
- Achieve targets through new business and renewals
· Forge relationship with brokers for new business opportunities.
- Design and implement measures for meeting business targets
· Pitches / Pricing
- Understand TATA AIA and competition product propositions on group and design pitches / pricing to win the deals
- Build Market Knowledge / Intelligence on Quotes
