KeyResponsibilities:
1. StrategicPlanning:
- Developand implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with thecompany s goals and objectives.
- Conduct marketresearch to identify new opportunities and markettrends.
1. SalesManagement:
- Leadmanage and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed salestargets.
- Establish sales objectives byforecasting and developing annual salesquotas.
- Monitor and analyze sales performancemetrics adjusting strategies asnecessary.
1. MarketingInitiatives:
- Overseethe development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhancebrand visibility.
- Manage the marketing budgetand ensure efficient allocation ofresources.
- Collaborate with the productdevelopment team to align marketing strategies with productlaunches.
1. ClientRelations:
- Buildand maintain strong relationships with key clients andstakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and closedeals with major clients.
- Address clientconcerns and ensure high levels of customersatisfaction.
1. TeamLeadership:
- Recruittrain and develop a highperforming sales and marketingteam.
- Foster a collaborative andresultsoriented work environment.
- Conductregular performance reviews and provide constructivefeedback.
1. ReportingandAnalysis:
- Prepareregular reports on sales and marketing activities performance andROI.
- Use data analytics to measure theeffectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategiesaccordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field(MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years ofexperience in sales and marketing preferably within the packagingindustry.
- Proven track record of achievingsales targets and driving revenuegrowth.
- Strong leadership and team managementskills.
- Excellent communication negotiation andinterpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRMsoftware and marketingtools.
