About the role
As an Executive, you have an opportunity to learn and work as a full-time Product Manager (PM) within the company, but with additional support and mentorship structures in place so that you can feel prepared to take on the role earlier in your career.
This first stop on the product manager career path is not like school. It’s not about knowing the most, working the hardest, or beating the competition. It’s more of an art. The first step is demonstrating your empathy for the user. You must highlight your ability to identify issues and opportunities.

What will you do?
- Learn software development, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
- Work with UX/UI experts, salespeople, marketing teams, and even developers. Furthermore, you will also work to ensure that quality assurance testing is done right.
- Dig into internal user data and external data (competition, industry, extended universe) and bring in ideas to improve user experience and address pain points.
- Plan and do experiments—A/B tests and multivariate—using product tool stack.
- Aid product managers to create data-driven product strategies.
