Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role, we are seeking an experienced EXIM Manager / Asst. Manager or Sr. Executive EXIM to oversee and manage our export-import operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient documentation processes. Key Responsibilities:

1. Export Documentation:

a. Prepare and verify export statements, including MEIS details, Payment Realization, BRC Realization, Advance License, and EPCG License.

b. Maintain accurate records of EO fulfilment.

2. Freight and Logistics:

a. Prepare Freight Registers for exports.

b. Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent) for smooth shipment.

c. Manage domestic and export sample shipments.

3. Pre- and Post-Shipment Documentation:

a. Prepare export pre-shipment documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists).

b. Prepare export post-shipment documentation (e.g., bills of lading, certificates of origin).

c.





Coordinate with banks for documentation.

4. Accounting and Compliance:

a. Book export sales in accounts.

b. Provide daily exchange rate notifications to the dispatch department.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

a. Ensure adherence to export-import regulations and laws.

b. Maintain updated knowledge of MEIS, Advance License, EPCG License, and other relevant schemes.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in export-import documentation and operations

· In-depth knowledge & latest updates of Indian export-import regulations and laws

· Familiarity with MEIS, Advance Licence, EPCG Licence, and other relevant schemes

· Excellent communication and coordination skills

· Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines

· Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software







Desirable Skills:

· Graduate degree in Commerce, Logistics, or related field

· Certification in export-import management (e.g., CIMS, IIBF)

Experience:

>3 years of experience in Export & Import Documentation.
