> - Currentlyresponsible for planning & achieving sales targets forInstitutional channel in the assigned territory. Monitor andcontrol the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization ofresources
> - Ensuring availability and visibilityof products to ensure optimum fill rates & minimize out ofstock situation
> - Responsible for salesforecasting targets and promotions of all categories in theassigned territory
> - Influencing promotions instore merchandising space assortment and displays.






> - New product introductions accounts receivables by workingclosely with the team.
> - Responsible formanaging the team motivating them and getting them to deliver theirmetrices.
> - The Area Sales Executive will berequired to understand the working style strengths and weaknessesof each team member and provide developmental inputs on acontinuous basis.
> - Recruits tests and hiresTerritory Sales Officers based on criteria agreed upon by seniormanagement
> - Conducts oneonone review with allTSOs to build more effective communications to understand training& development needs
> - Conducts oneononereview with all TSOs to provide insight for the improvement ofTSOs/Field forces sales and activity performance
> - Adheres to all company policies procedures and businessethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implementedwithin the team.
