> Key Objectives of this role:
>
> - Identify New business opportunities in line with organization's vision & growth plans,
>
> - Undertake detailed analysis of the product/service, market, feasibility, revenue models, funding & any other activity relating to identification & development of new business,
>
> - Build a deep understanding of the new opportunities & growth plans. Present the detailed report to the management.
>
> - Track and analyze the performance of business development activities and Prepare regular reports on progress, successes, and areas for improvement to inform senior management.
>
> Key Responsibilities :
>
> - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services.
>






> - Analyze potential areas for expansion and growth to increase revenue streams.
>
> - Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
>
> - Plan and execute proper business and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
>
> - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
>
> - Use this information to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for differentiation.
>
> - Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment and support business development initiatives.
>
> - Share insights and feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
>
> Required skills & Qualifications :
>






> - Master's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
>
> - 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
>
> - B2B Experience and understanding of creating business models / profitability analysis will be critical,
>
> - Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective rapport, business development, sales strategies, prioritization and execution for business growth.
>
> - Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
>
> - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
>
> - Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
>
> - Ability to adapt to the company's culture effectively.

> - Self-motivated and results-oriented.
