> Key Responsibilities:

> - Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency leaders in the location as per policy guidelines.

> - To meet the budgeted numbers of agency leaders recruitment for the location.

> - Work closely with agency leaders for achieving their targets through mentoring, coaching and helping them in joint calls.
>
> - Enable the Agency Leaders and ALMs to build & drive a strong advisor force.
>
> - Accurately completes the documentation.
>
> - To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor coding , activization and APE through ALMs/ALs & newly recruited ALs.
>






> - To plan/review/monitor performance of the team of ALMs/ALs and advisors.
>
> - Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism.
>
> - Taking care of day to day administration of the branch.
