Ground crew or ground staff work in the aviation industry where they are engaged in various roles at the airport. Ground staff ensures the safety and comfort of passengers, including checking in baggage, providing information, assisting disabled passengers, confirming reservations, and selling tickets.

Responsibilities







*Excellent communication Skills in English is a pre-requisite
*Ability to communicate effectively with customers on either a call or email or chat or a combination *Confident, Energetic & Assertive while conversing
*Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*GDS – Hands on experience in Amadeus or Galileo will be an added advantage
*Ability to handle complex situations
*Should be flexible to work in shifts in a 24X7 operation with rotational week-offs as per process requirements.

• Checking-in passengers and issuing boarding passes

• Handling customer complaints and providing timely solutions

• Assisting in the boarding process and ensuring the safety of all passengers

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Skills and Qualifications

• (Urgent opening for Any Under Grad/Graduated holders)

• 0-0 years of experience in the job market context of India

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Customer service skills

• Attention to detail

• Basic computer skills







• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an added advantage)

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass (graduates will be given preference)
