Job Summary:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the information systems and data analytics within the organization. This role involves analysing data to support decision-making processes, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing system performance to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate reports and dashboards for management.
System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain existing MIS systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
Reporting: Develop and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports as required by different departments to support operational decisions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with IT and other departments to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
User Support: Provide technical support and training to users on MIS tools and applications.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management systems reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
B tech, B com, Or Any degree,
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. ( Immediate Joiner Preferable )
