Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, etc.).
Gather and analyze client requirements to design tailored HCM solutions.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve HCM-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Proficiency in HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
Experience with data migration and integration.
Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
