4. Up-selling service plans/software to US clients through chat or calls
5. Troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving technical issues (MS Office Suite, Windows OS, laptops, desktops, emails, routers, printers, and security cameras).

Job Summary: Customer Support Executive. Excellent English Communication Skills
Excellent Customer Handling Skills.
Experience in Technical Sales. Must have worked on Smart speakers, E-Mail calls, Extenders/routers, GPS systems, etc.
Night Shift (6 days working). Sun Fixed Off.
