Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing company letters and policies as per client specifications and requirements under HR compliance
2. Proposing solutions within internal teams on policy improvements and implementations
3. Conducting HR audits for clients by ensuring all employee data is updated accurately
4. Coordinating with clients and recruitment partners to ensure smooth recruitment processes under HR operations
5. Ensuring candidate trackers are updated regularly
6. Creating employee engagement calendars for client companies
7. Conducting and recording periodic employee connect sessions with client organizations
8.
Analyzing skill gaps and competencies within client companies and suggesting training needs
9. Assisting the reporting head with project deadlines and tasks to ensure timely client deliverables
10. Creating job descriptions and various HR documents according to client specifications and requirements under documentation and reporting
11. Regularly updating task progress and completion and reviewing it with the reporting head
12. Creating MIS reports and project trackers for various clients
