Job Description

- Developing and leading a high performing team; creating an environment for success by setting direction and coaching them to succeed through inspiring conversations every day.
- Promoting a culture of CI within their teams to drive operational improvements. - Anticipates internal/ external business issues and recommends changes
- Influences functional strategy through subject matter expertise.
- Driving and executing high impact business change initiatives for TBS globally
-You will have to implement potential critical initiatives; aligning these back to the business's strategic objectives; and work with project leaders; change leads and sponsors ensuring execution at a pace that the organization can consume;






- This role requires demonstrating big picture strategic and critical thinking; program management; commercial accumen and change leadership. Ability to work with and influence a range of partners within Tesco Business Services; wider Tesco global business; and external parties where necessary;
- You will build and maintain a governance framework; by keeping the global management team updated - You will work with the regional leadership team and other senior partners to prioritize initiatives and present updates on strategic projects to the leadership team. Provide an independent pulse check to the leadership on strategic projects portfolio across different functions and geographies.
- Designing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies and plans
- Support other projects; liaises with relevant teams; manages vendors; contracts processes / other administration
- Accountable for achieving team's objectives; stakeholder management and escalation management






- Provides inputs that impact the functions plans; policies; influences the budget and resources in their scope. - Enhancing change advocacy and culture in partnership with broader transformational teams
- High level of adaptability and resilience in a dynamic business environment.

Experience:
-Managing Programmes of Large Scales and high complexities Required
- PMP Prince2 certified Experience in the delivery of large-scale global business change programmes is required
