We are looking for a passionate Senior quality engineer with a very good understanding of software quality, programming skills, team-oriented nature and agility.
What you’ll do-
As quality engineer you will be responsible for software quality, testing strategy and contribute to the development of a highly performant, highly available security solution in the domain of Open-Source Vulnerability Management (OSVM)
- In this role, you will create and implement testing strategies for microservice based cloud solutions
- You will guide your co developers to implement proper testing procedures
- Increase the software quality by implementing guidelines for code quality
- Drive adoption of technology standards, participate in code development and reviews
- You will contribute to the development of SAP´s new micro-services-based service for secure usage of OSS in collaboration with leading CI/CD, security experts from central teams and LoBs
What you bring-
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent with minimum 9+ years of experience in software development
- Very strong competencies and expierence in software testing and quality
- Proficiency in cloud and application development with Golang or similar languages
- Experience in DevSecOps concepts, micro services, event-driven architectures, Web Services, APIs, public clouds (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP), application security
- Advanced knowledge and experience in continuous delivery development processes in an agile environment
- Self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open minded, resourceful, and flexible team-player with the ability to learn quickly
