Job Purpose
- Ensure smooth operations and control operating parameters and execute schedule jobs of assigned area for production and productivity
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedure that will resulted to quality product as per quality plan
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance department to ensure troubleshooting of equipment's and ensure optimal productivity
- To ensure effective implementation of IMS (Integrated Management System, Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Sustainability Systems for achieving Business Excellence.
- To lead & ensure implementation of ABG safety system & procedures
- Develop process in accordance to safety and Health compliance
- To follow all safety requirements as stipulated by the Factories Act & environment related statutory requirements.
