Your Tasks :
- Consulting and Coaching of Project Portfolio Managers, IT Demand Managers and line managers from IT and business in managing their project portfolios. Also, manage andcoordinate IT internal portfolio & improve IT portfolio quality. In terms of ongoing projects, you will consultand coach project managers and project teams in projects of any size and complexity.
- Developing and maintaining standard project and project portfolio management guidelines, processes,
methods and tools for international application and be responsible for the corresponding governance.Developing and implementing methods and processes to professionalize and digitize project and project portfolio work.With your innovative and pro-active mindset your will also ensure continuous improvements in project and project portfolio management and implementing the identified measures or bringing about the necessary decisions.
- Coordination and launch of projects of any size and complexity.In this context, one of your tasks will be to planand methodically moderateworkshops for projects and project portfolios of any complexity
- To establish our governance standards, tools, methods and processes it is important to enable all stakeholders accordingly. Therefore you will co-developinnovative learning concepts for project and project portfolio management guidelines, processes, methods and tools and conducttraining measures (being a trainer).Definition of dashboards, reports and KPIs as well as coordination of project and portfolio reviews is also within your area.
- Potentially,
you will representIT in interdisciplinary committees and communities for the further development and establishment of group-wide project and project portfolio management guidelines, methods, tools etc. Also, you will implementprofessional communication measures for the project and project portfolio management community
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies and min. 5 years of professional experience in above mentioned fields. 12+years of experience in managing challenging projects and in Project Portfolio Mgmt
- Distinct ability to structure complex correlations. Very good analytical skills, high abstraction ability and quick comprehension skills
- Very high competence in result-oriented and independent work. Innovative thinking and acting as well as openness for new methods and technologies
- Very strong communication skills with competent appearance and customer orientation. Very strong business and IT stakeholder management skills. Very good English language skills, both written and spoken, due to the international orientation of our activities.
- Regarding tools, we require Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams skills. Nice to have skills: Microsoft Power BI,SAP, e.g. SAP PPM, SAP Analytics Cloud.
