Responsibilities
. Excellent written & Verbal communications (email/chat support).
. Working experience in Quality Control areas in reference to contracts review
. Basic understanding of Banking and financial services.
. Review experience of banking and financial documents, Loans background, Document review background and mortgage experience.
. Basic knowledge of different loan types.
. Review of Loan package/documents.
. Completeness check of listed documents.
. Loan funding process.
. Underwriting experience to an extent.
Additional Responsibilities:
Educational Qualification: Any Full time Graduation (min 15 years of education)
Location: Bangalore
Shifts: Flexible with 24.5
Work from Office
Technical and Professional Requirements:
1. Loan origination
2. Loan Servicing
3. Mortgage servicing
4. Loan Operations
5. US mortgage Underwriting to an extent will also help as they will be able to understand the contract terms etc.
Preferred Skills:
India Banking- Consumer Banking, Mortgage, Lending Operations, Commercial Banking
