Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
2+ years of experience in content creation and social media management
Strong writing and editing skills
Proven ability to create engaging content across various formats (text, images, videos)
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Excellent analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools
Proficient in project management and content calendar development
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
Desired Skills & Experience :
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices
Experience in graphic design and video editing (a plus)
Understanding of current social media trends and best practices
Experience working with influencers (a plus)
Budget management experience
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Content Creation :
o Develop a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and brand strategy
o Research and write compelling content across various formats (blog posts, social media posts, captions, video scripts, etc.)
o Edit and proofread all content before publication
o Collaborate with designers and videographers to create high-quality visual content
2. Social Media Management :
o Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and community growth
o Create and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms
o Manage and monitor social media interactions (comments, messages)
o Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and identify areas for improvement
o Manage social media advertising budget (if applicable)
o Stay current on social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
3. Reporting & Communication :
o Generate regular reports summarizing social media performance and campaign results
o Present findings and recommendations to marketing team
o Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, product) to ensure consistent brand messaging
