- Effective implementation of OpEx (Operational Excellence) framework requirement as per Lean and 7QC Tools requirements at site and provide support to all relevant stake holders
- Implementation of Kaizen / suggestion scheme by implementing innovative ways and to meet shop floor people to give them awareness, motivation for participation in the scheme, give training and useful information's about the kaizen.
- Improvement projects identification and implementation by providing support and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Reliability improvement of plant by implementation and participation in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) , Mean Time To Recovery, Repair, Respond, or Resolve (MTTR) , POKAYOKE.
- Identification of MUDA and elimination of the same with coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
- Provide reward and recognitions as per the kaizen & suggestion format, and achieve targets by improvement in participation index and keep the compile the record.
- Implementation of 5S at site for upkeep of shop floor areas by involving & handholding with more and more people with the understanding of benefits of 5S to them, To make internal assessment schedule and follow-up for the compliance, do self-audit as per the schedule and improve the condition. Keep the records.
- Improve the participation index of BBSO compliance as per the schedule round. Keep the records and do the analysis. Suggest for behavioral corrective action with the help of respective departments.
- Co-ordinate with concern departments to participate in various external Quality circle initiatives.
- Support to unit safety Apex committee as a Specialist Officer subcommittee coordinator to achieve unit safety goals.
