Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, including DSAs (Direct Sales Agents), real estate brokers, financial consultants, and other intermediaries, to generate leads for the Loan Against Property (LAP) product.
- Drive business growth through the acquisition of new channel partners and maintain long-term relationships with existing ones.
- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and workshops with channel partners to enhance product knowledge and selling capabilities.
- Achieve sales targets for LAP products in the designated regions (Mysore and Bangalore).
- Coordinate with internal teams, including underwriting, credit, and operations, to ensure a smooth loan approval and disbursal process.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to strategize sales initiatives and improve performance.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management on market insights, challenges, and potential areas of growth.
- Monitor the performance of channel partners and ensure they adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-7 years of experience in channel sales, specifically in the Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage industry.
- Proven track record in managing and growing channel sales relationships, with a deep understanding of LAP products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales targets across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with the local market dynamics in Mysore and Bangalore.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with DSAs, real estate agents, and other financial intermediaries.
- Good understanding of the LAP product and lending processes.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
