Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our HR team. This role is ideal for Freshers ONLY who are passionate about human resources and eager to contribute to various HR functions, including recruitment support, employee administration, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Support: Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Recruitment Assistance:
Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and managing candidate communications.
Employee Onboarding: Help coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
HR Documentation: Prepare and maintain employee documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and HR-related forms.
Compliance: Ensure HR activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Payroll Support: Provide assistance in payroll processing and benefits administration.
HR Reporting: Assist in generating HR reports and tracking employee data.
General Administration: Support other administrative tasks and projects within the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
