Roles and responsibility
- Recruit and lead a team of financial advisors/agents.
- Manage the full life cycle of advisors/agents, including regular meetings and interactions.
- Provide training on the company's app to help advisors/agents serve their clients more efficiently.
- Motivate partners to boost productivity, focusing on renewals while maintaining overall performance goals.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets as set by management.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Uphold the highest standards of business practices and operations.
- Explore new strategies to expand outreach and increase sales in the assigned area.
- Oversee the distribution of products such as motor, life, and health insurance, as well as loans, credit cards, NPS, and other products introduced by the company
