and controlling project activities. - **Team Support:** Provide guidance and support to project team members, including engineers and technicians. - **Technical Expertise:** Offer technical expertise in specific engineering disciplines, such as mechanical, electrical, or process engineering. - **Design and Development:** Assist in designing and developing engineering solutions for pharmaceutical facilities, equipment, and processes. - **Documentation:** Prepare and review project documents, including reports, specifications, and protocols. - **Budgeting and Cost Control:** Help manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness. - **Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed. - **Communication:** Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients. - **Quality Assurance:** Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.





- **Progress Monitoring:** Track project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from plan. - **Vendor Management:** Assist in managing vendors, contractors, and external partners. - **Training and Development:** Participate in training and development programs, enhancing skills and knowledge. ### Required Skills
