Job Description: Position: Asst. Manager - Production
Location: Vatva - Ahmedabad
Experience: 6-10 Years

Responsibilities
Candidate must have exposure in handling High Pressure Vacuum Distillation.
Ensure that the production schedule meets quality, lead-time and cost requirements.
Ensure the safety of staff, equipment and the neighborhood, and that operations comply with environmental requirements.
Ensure that equipment undergoing maintenance is made safe.
Ensure that operating instructions and quality assurance documents are updated and followed.
Ensure that people are motivated and efficient in order to maintain high-level team performance.
Help to improve the facilitys productivity and operating conditions.
Help to foster greater synergy between Production, Maintenance and Inspection.
responsible for the technical coordination and control of the chemical production processes
Providing training on operations to all the employees
Required Skills :-
Proficiency in chemical engineering and conducting reactions.
Managing people and equipment.
Process safety knowledge
Required Qualification: M.sc - Chemistry
