Role Description
The IBDP Coordinator role at Delhi Public School Ghaziabad Society is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad.
The IBDP Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the transactions of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) at the school. This includes working with teachers to develop and implement the IBDP curriculum, administering assessments, and monitoring student progress to ensure that all students have the support they need to succeed.
Qualifications
- Experience coordinating or managing the delivery of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP)
- A post graduate degree in a relevant subject area, such as education or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage competing demands
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is preferred
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is desirable
