Job Description:
- Excellent communication skills

- Capable of handling internet troubleshooting issues relevant to computers, applications, basic networking, LAN, and WAN technologies
- Excellent logical reasoning with computer proficiency basics, understanding of hardware and software, computer fundamentals, internet and networking fundamentals, a basic understanding of hardware and software, computer fundamentals, internet, and networking fundamentals
- Candidates should be open to a shift 24x7
