Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Track hiring performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment needs, design and implement a holistic recruiting strategy
- Develop, propose, and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/social media/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience,
and aptitudes
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition cycle including but not limited to talent sourcing, assessment, selection, offer process management, on-boarding and exit proceedings.
- Exhibit strong resourcefulness in implementing innovative and effective sourcing strategies to help meet manpower needs and build talent pipeline for the company.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant studies
- Minimum 9 years of experience either as in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter
- Experience with various selection process (phone interview, reference check, etc.)
- Experience recruiting in IT related field would be preferred.
- Familiar with local and international employment rules and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
