Quality Engineer

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Quality Engineer for a Computer Software firm from Germany. The position is a full-time remote opportunity.

The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in Germany .

Experience required : 5-8 years

CTC : INR 20-30 LPA

Location : Remote

Time - 1 PM to 10 PM (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

- Maintain a high focus on quality, providing mature guidance and leadership within the QA area.
- Identify areas for improvement in test approaches, planning, and success criteria, while ensuring tasks are accomplished efficiently.
- Provide hands-on support to developers while keeping a broader perspective to elevate the overall quality of solutions.






- Define and implement measures to track the team’s progress and quality journey.
- Contribute actively to the agile software development process, collaborating closely with the team.
- Create and analyze tests to identify software problems, bugs, and errors
- Conduct Automation as well as Manual testing
- Document and recommend improvements to enhance the user experience
- Keep a record of the lids cycle of errors so as to maintain test documentation

Requirements

- Experience with Java (Spring/Hibernate exposure is a plus).
- Proficiency in test automation for both back-end and front-end (Java, JavaScript).
- Scripting skills (e.g., Perl, Python) are required.
- Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure preferred) is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent
- Agile mindset with practical experience in Scrum execution
- Strong competence in software development, lifecycle management,





and IT in general
- Ability to work proactively within a small, dynamic team with a can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
