Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Manager/Director with extensive experience in valuations. The Senior Manager/Director will be responsible for conducting and reviewing valuations, managing client relationships, and managing the internal valuation team to ensure high-quality valuations are delivered on time.
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of valuations experience
- Experience with 409A, ASC 820, ASC 718, and ASC 805 valuations
- A "take ownership" approach to work
- Team player and Trustworthy expert
- Curious and dedicated to continuous learning
- Driven to grow professionally
- Bachelor’s, Master’s (MBA) or relevant advanced degree.
- Ability to manage several engagements and teams at once.
- Understanding of current industry best practices.
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced credentials preferred (i.e. ASA, CFA, ABV).
The Senior Manager/Director Can Expect To:
- Lead engagements by managing internal teams and client relationships
- Ensure high-quality analyses are delivered on time
- Work on building and reviewing financial models for Income, Market, and Cost approaches.
- Lead client and internal project meetings
- Provide constructive feedback to team members
- Participate in internal and external training
- Perform complex analyses for equity compensation, purchase price allocations, and financial instruments.
