Job Title: ServiceNow System Analyst

Experience: 10+ Yrs

Role and Responsibilities:

- Implementation and Configuration: − Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow to meet specific business requirements. − Customize workflows, forms, reports, and other components to align with organizational processes. − Develop client scripts, UI actions, Business rules to meet the technical specifications and requirements. − Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications
- Testing and Quality Assurance: − Perform unit testing to ensure that ServiceNow implementations meet quality standards. − Identify and troubleshoot issues, working closely with developers to resolve them
- Support and Maintenance:





− Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and system upgrades. − Respond to user inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Process Improvement: − Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. − Communicate the process improvements with clients and project managers. − Develop and maintain Technical documentation for implementation and ServiceNow processes and procedures
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: − Train end-users on how to effectively use ServiceNow to meet their needs. − Provide ongoing support and guidance to users
- Technical and Business Analysis: − Gather and analyze technical requirements to identify areas where ServiceNow can improve processes and efficiency and align with the organization goals − Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications






- Experience and Background  At least 10-15 years’ experience in a technical leading role in delivering projects.  Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ServiceNow working directly on client projects.  Preferred ServiceNow certified: o Administrator o Developer o Any other certifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science
