JOB PURPOSE

Candidate will be responsible for sourcing of Pre owned cars through exchange retails & other sources and sales of Pre Owned Cars & True Value Certified Cars in the assigned territory of the region as per implemented SOPs.

1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Dealer Network Management for Sourcing & Selling of Pre Owned Cars
- Certification of True Value Category vehicles
- Ensuring implementation of System & Process as per guidelines
- Sales Target Achievement
- Dealer profitability tracking and improvement by identifying area of concerns in operations
- Analysis from MIS (daily/monthly reports)

MAJOR CHALLENGES

- Managing business relationships with all new car channels (Arena/Nexa/Commercial)





for sourcing of Pre Owned Cars through Exchange Retails
- Interaction at various levels in dealerships (Dealer Owner/CEO/GM – Sales/Service/True Value and front end team members for business performance
- Ensuring TAT for various process in business operations viz. refurbishment of POC
- Tracking competition for Market Share, new developments in terms of network, process, technology etc.
- Evolving new competition viz. online aggregators, technology based business dynamics
- Efforts for direct sourcing of quality POCs

- Field level activities for business volume generation
- Certification of Pre Owned Cars
- Dealer Profitability
- Regional Level Marketing & Sales Promotion activities

- Parts & MSGA team members at ZO/RO

- Dealer Owner/CEO

- GM – True Value/True Value Manager at dealership
- GM – Service/Workshop Manager at dealership
- Parts & MSGA head of dealership
- MIS/EDP staff of dealership for timely completion of business activities & processes viz. retail reporting in system, claim submission to MSIL etc.
- Finance Partners for retail finance

DIMENSIONS

Financial Dimensions

Profitability analysis for improvement in key parameters of business at dealer level. Price analysis for right buying price and margin improvement.

Other Dimensions

Influencing difference sets – TVMs / GMs, Evaluators, DSEs

6. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications

a) Qualifications







Bachelor of Engineering & MBA or MBA (from UGC/AICTE approved institutes only)

b) Work Experience

3 – 4 years preferably in Automobiles, Consumer Durables, Project Management, Manufacturing
