Responsibilities:
Understand clients requirements and meet desired performanceobjectives across a
portfolio ofclients.
Serve as the primary point ofcontact for highvalue clients and take strongownership
of clientdeliverables.
Devise strategies based onquantitative research for of campaigns toachieve
said goals.
Maintain high client satisfaction & retention by solvingtheir growth challenges and
upselling& cross selling them with new solutionsconsistently.
Handle digital advertisingportfolio of clients related to performance branding&
analytics endtoend including butnot limited to manage ads on paid channels(Google
MetaLinkedin Twitter etc) handle marketplaces (amazon flipkart myntraetc)
lead creatives & comm strategy& recommend website/app optimisationideas.
Analyze performance of digitalcampaigns at different levels using appropriatekey
performance indicators (KPI)classifications: CTR CPC CPM conversions ROASCAC
LTV etc. Identifying opportunities thatare most effective at driving growthacross
digital marketingprograms.
Work with the crossfunctional teamand deeply involved in creation & upgradationof
reports & dashboard productsanalytics & insights data collection &product;
optimisation.
Lead a team and delegate them work across different clients andhelp them meet their
monthly &quarterly; goals.
Provide guidance andsupport to the team in managing their clientportfolios.
Train the team regularly upgradetheir skills across different functions ofdigital
advertising domain and companyprocesses.
Build frameworks for theportfolio of ET Medialabs through research createcase
studies and establish thought leadershipby contributingarticles.
Qualifications/Requirements:
36 years of experience in thedigital advertising industry with proven track recordin
performance marketing & brandinghandling large scale spends & leadinggrowth
initiatives.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Media Communications BusinessAdministration
Journalism English or relatedFields from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges. MBA is aplus.
Experience in performance marketinggrowth marketing branding &advertising.;
Indepth knowledge &experience; of running Google Ads Meta Ads & otherpaid
channels.
Managedlarge scale digital media spends in performance marketing &branding.;
Has experience in developing mediaplans testing different campaign ideas &making;
themsuccessful.
Candidates should be comfortablewith advanced data and measurement tools.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms CRM systems andanalytics tools and
dashboards to deriveactionable insights.
Proven written andverbal communication with a knack to communicate complexideas
in easy to understand simplelanguage.
Strong leadership skills withexperience managing and developing a team is aplus.
Strong analytical and Excel skills areessential ability to leverage data and analyticsto
improve performance for digital campaignsis required.
Excellent communicationnegotiation and presentation skills.
Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.
