Responsibilities:
Planand schedule the production in order to ensure maximum utilizationof machines.
Planed production controlactivities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality timelydelivery and costeffectiveness.
Create RMRreport for the new project which includes total costing includingraw material power consumable manpower handling rework etc. (Totalcost for the project)
Material planning andanalysis to reduce inventory level.
PlannedScheduled and monitored material movement in production cycle toensure continuous operations.
Track materialshortages and provide immediateresolution.
Assist purchasing unit incoordinating and planning supplierdeliveries.
Identify new suppliers and manageexisting suppliers to meet productionneeds.
Maintaining the critical spares ofmachine for External and Internalcoating.
Monitor inventory status andgenerate inventory reports.
Perform theaccurate timely and costeffective identification and records ofproject material status including requisitioning purchasingreceiving preservation and issuing of material and equipmentrequired to support the EPC efforts and work faceplanning
Generate daily reports of productionoverview factory late orders current revenue and on hand inventoryto upper management.
Analyzed and review BOMagainst actual usage to ensure accuracy for safety stock and stocklevels.
Release the production orders andmonitor the production progress against schedulingneeds.
Analyze the capacity of work centersand create routes for different product types andorders.
3LPE coating and Internal coatingproduction and planning
Perform the accuratetimely and costeffective identification and records of projectmaterial status including requisitioning purchasing receivingpreservation and issuing of material and equipment required tosupport the EPC efforts and work faceplanning.
Supervise Production team to manageand execute production projects.
Work withthe team to plan schedule and perform productionactivities.
Determine equipment material andmanpower requirements for project .
Monitorproduction activities and adjust scheduling for ontimedeliver.
Participate in plant performanceaudits as per set guidelines.
