About the Role
Job Title: Digital Marketing Mentor/Content Creator
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing professional specializing in curating content for rolling out professional course work. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques.
As a Digital Marketing Mentor, you will be responsible for designing detailed course curriculum alongside practical marketing projects. This enables our students to learn and acquire the necessary skills to excel in digital marketing roles.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, and keyword research methodologies.
- Strong understanding of PPC campaigns, bidding strategies, and ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Ability to create and manage social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, , etc.).
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and proficiency in creating engaging content.
- Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to integrate marketing efforts with customer databases.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments, to effectively teach digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Create engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals and groups,
ensuring participants understand complex marketing topics and can apply them in real-world scenarios.
- Customize training programs as needed to meet the specific needs of different students at Careerpedia.
- Provide mentorship and support to trainees, guiding them through challenging concepts and helping them troubleshoot marketing issues.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, making adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and tools.
- Proven expertise in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
- Previous experience in technical training or education, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training strategies based on participant feedback.
This is a Contract role paid on a Hourly basis. Your compensation will be determined by the length of the edited content.
