Job Statement:

The Cyber Review Manager will be expected to be able to perform all the duties/responsibilities of a Review Analyst, Quality Control Analyst, Team Lead, and Associate Review Manager.

The Review Analysts will be required to review a project protocol and be able to apply the rules and guidelines set forth to differing document types with great attention to detail and accuracy. The Review Analysts will review and enter documents on a virtual platform (likely Relativity) for entities whose information may have been exposed due to a cyber incident.

In addition to that basic review responsibilities mentioned above, the Quality Control Analysts are expected to review completed documents for potential errors or mistakes,





and to provide feedback to the Review Analysts. The Quality Control Analysts should feel comfortable reaching out to the Review Analysts individually and assisting with answering questions in the Microsoft Teams Chats in relation to the project material.

The Team Lead will also be expected to coordinate with the Review Manager and perform administrative tasks as necessary.

An Associate Review Manager must be able to oversee and manage the Review Analysts, Quality Control Analysts, and Team Leads. The Associate Review Managers must also be able to clearly and accurately communicate with the management teams and with clients on a regular basis. The Associate Review Manager will also be responsible for some onboarding tasks, project trainings, organizing complex reviews, project tracking, Daily Status Reports, and setting up the review in a review platform such as Relativity.

A Review Manager is expected to be at a level of skill that they will be able to assist the Associate Review Managers,





when necessary, assist in training of the Associate Review Managers and Team Leads, assist the Director of Cyber International Review as needed, as well as be able to maintain a regular case load as the Associate Review Manager would.

The Review Manager is also expected to have educational and skill improvement goals that they will work to complete over the year. This may include certificate programs, skill improvement courses, or classes related to the Privacy Law sphere.

All team members will be expected to communicate often in the Microsoft Teams Chat platform with teammates and management. Virtual trainings, updates and scheduled/unscheduled calls via Microsoft Teams will be mandatory.

Detail-oriented, with outstanding critical thinking skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently







Ability to openly receive and apply feedback

Available to work 45 hours a week, potentially weekends

Have a computer that meets the following minimum requirements:

Windows 10 with at least 4GB of RAM. OR MAC OS: OS X "El Capitan" 10.11.3 or newer.
