What You’ll Do:
- Lead design and architecture discussions for scalable backend systems using Python and Django.
- Mentor a team of 6-8 developers and ensure smooth collaboration with UI teams (Node.js, React).
- Work with large-scale datasets, optimize databases (MySQL, MongoDB), and handle cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Be hands-on in development, ensuring high-quality, efficient solutions.
What You’ll Bring:
- 8+ years of software development experience (Python/Django, databases).
- Proven track record of designing scalable SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and RESTful APIs.
- Leadership experience with a focus on mentorship and technical excellence.
Working Days/Hours:
- 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)
- Flexible Hours, with an expectation of full-time commitment
Location: - Noida, NCR
Compensation:
- Up to ₹40 LPA (In Hand)
