Job Description :

1. Perform impact analysis, design and develop customizations required as per business requirements

2. Analyze and resolve problem tickets in a timely manner.

3. Assist in production support tasks, including ad-hoc report requests, process monitoring and troubleshooting and fixes

4. Should be able to understand the functionality of PeopleSoft modules and processes and change/resolve the issues with technical expertise

5. Document customizations and change requests, technical design and unit test documents following customer’s documentation specifications and standards.

6. Provide technical support in design,





development, testing, and deployment of Peoplesoft applications.

7. Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed.

8. Hands on migration experience would be add on.

9. Excellent communication skills and experience working in onshore/offshore model.

10. Exposure to mentoring junior resources and driving quality outcome working with them

11. Experience of Continuous integration using Devops.

12 Good Understanding of Agile Delivery Methodology & experience in working with Scrum teams.







13 Should be able to independently develop/analyze the program unit/bugs and provide solutions.
