Position Description:
- We are currently hiring for Manager/Sr. Manager-level professionals for our Advanced Analytics / Decision Science practice for our Bangalore Office (Remote).
- As a Data Analytics Manager at NeenOpal, you will help our clients define, design, and implement complex data solutions for mission-critical information capabilities.
- You will lead teams of consultants delivering data science, data engineering, data warehousing, governance, and data visualization projects, making sure that the projects get delivered on time - while ensuring customer delight.
Please note that in a startup environment, you must be willing to pull up your sleeves and do some heavy lifting to get a product or service off the ground. This means you will be juggling different roles and being a master of all things when it comes to analytics, including coding. The role needs a person who can solve anything quicker than anyone else. If the deadline is on fire, you need to work side by side with the team and code or run tests if they require your help.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and implement client solutions with a focus on client satisfaction across a solution area and industry verticals.
- Leverage and customize NeenOpal's proprietary analytics to client needs, resulting in exceptional client value from every project.
- Answer customer's questions, track deliveries, and address customer complaints.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Work closely with the Technology and Product Management groups to ensure ongoing refinement of our analytical tools and development of new client solutions.
- Make presentations and recommendations to clients on various deliverables in each project
- Develop and maintain skills to the highest standards consistent with best practices and emerging trends in analytics.
- Contribute to NeenOpal's development of new solutions and analytical models.
- Recruit, manage and mentor a team of analysts
- The exact nature of duties, as well as the salary and compensation package,
will be commensurate with experience and salary history.
Requirements:
- We are looking ONLY FOR Candidates with Past experience in Client Handling and Project Delivery .
- Analytics domain experience is a must.
- EST Time zone availability is definitely a plus
Required Skills & Experience:
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field with 3-5 years of prior relevant work experience. A post graduate (MBA) degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant expertise in using analytic tools such as SQL, Python and able to quickly master new packages when needed.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills,
and the ability to communicate actionable analytical findings to a non-technical audience in clear and concise language.
- Proven ability to frame a business issue, design the right solution, and deliver results.
- Ability to lead projects and teams
- Experience with the application of statistical estimation techniques and/or optimization techniques
- Exposure to / experience working with large data sets.
- Working knowledge of market-leading data visualization tools such as - Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, etc is desired.
