Job Description
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering : Conduct interviews, surveys, workshops and analysis to gather define business and functional requirements. Create detailed business/functional requirement documents, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing team to define product vision, strategy and roadmap working closely, analysing trends and competitive landscape.
- Impact Analysis: Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas with partners across the organization.
- Product Development:
Conduct design reviews and work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are accurately translated into software solutions with highest quality standards.
- Product Metrics: Define, track, and improve key product metrics to understand the effectiveness of product initiatives. Draw relevant business conclusions by analysing the metrics.
- Performance Metrics: Track key performance metrics and optimize products based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver products that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Product Improvement: Coordinate user acceptance testing and support end users during project implementation. Provide post-implementation support and participate in project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Required
- 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or a Product Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience working within Scrum or other Agile environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills/team player and demonstrated the ability to work with various teams harmoniously.
- Strong drive towards execution, can-do type of person.
- Proficient in related software tools Office 365, Sharepoint, Jira etc.,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Master’s in business, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale eCommerce projects from vision through Implementation.
- Experience of leading a 4+ team

- Proficiency in entire Microsoft for business Apps, Figma and Azure DevOps.

What you will work on Lead a talented engineering team & build/enhance the API platform for agriculture insurance Build new and exciting components in an ever-growing and evolving market technology to provide scale and efficiency. Develop high-quality, production-ready code that can be used by thousands of users of our platform Make design decisions based on performance, scalability, and future expansion. Provide technical leadership to other mobile and web development engineers. Help level up the team; share knowledge, conduct code and design review; drive code quality and process improvement initiatives.
Write clean and well-abstracted code that you are proud of, with extensibility and performance in mind. Work in cross functional teams with product managers, UX designers and QA engineers to ship quality software on-time Collaborate with product management, leadership, research, and other teams to create the technical vision, and road map for the team. Contribute to all phases of SDLC including design, implementation, code reviews, automation, and testing of the features. Build efficient components/algorithms on a microservice cloud environment Code review, mentoring junior engineers, and providing technical guidance to the team What we look for:
Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality backend API components with a minimum of 13 years of experience. Deep knowledge in selecting, configuring, and integrating 3rd party SaaS or COTS solutions as well as coordinating the development of such solutions Technical skills include Hands-on development on Java, Python, or NodeJS Strong SQL skills and experience and experience with relational and non-relational databases e.g. (Postgres/Oracle/Mongo). Broad experience in building interfaces between (cloud) solutions (Azure/AWS), API management and development. Detailed real-world experience with Scrum or similar agile methodologies Experience with the Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Azure Infra, and Dev SecOps. Experience in Debugging and Monitoring the application. At least 2 years of experience managing high-output engineering teams with 8+ members.
