Enterprise Business Architect will contribute to the development and maintenance of the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business strategy and objectives, business capabilities and technology capabilities.
This role will support various business- functions (HR, Finance, Digital, Supply Chain and others) and IT functions to define target architectures and transition plans to evolve the current state into the future state in support of the business strategy.
In particular, this role will guide and support the delivery of new Information Technology solutions. An Enterprise Architect’s skills and knowledge must span multiple architecture domains (e.g. Business Architecture,
Application/Solution Architecture, Technical/Infrastructure Architecture & Information/Data Architecture) required to ensure balanced solutions. The Architect is expected to influence the organization and work independently, though in alignment with the lead enterprise architect and Enterprise Architecture principles, with senior business and Information Technology leaders.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, including executives, business units, and IT teams, to understand business needs and ensure architectural alignment.
2. Facilitate workshops and presentations to articulate and promote architecture principles, standards, and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Deduct and review architecture artifacts and capabilities, ensuring compliance with established architecture standards and principles.
4. Provide guidance to project teams to ensure that project architectures align with the enterprise architecture.

Contribute to the extending the knowledge repository of the current and future state IT and business landscape, from many perspectives, and in many formats.
6. Assisting with capability, technology and service analyses and selection process.
7. Drive privacy, security, control and compliancy by design as part of the Enterprise Architecture processes and workshops.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree, master degree desired
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis / enterprise architecture
- Strong understanding of business capabilities, capability models and maturity assessments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
- Experience with waterfall and agile development methodologies
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Architecture Governance and Compliance:
1. TOGAF certification desirable
2. Experience with LeanIX and maintaining architecture artifacts
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
1. Identify architecture-related risks and work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
2. Incorporate risk management principles into architectural decision-making processes.
