Merge IT is actively expanding our International Sourcing (MIS) team. MIS launched in November 2021 and serves as Merge IT's Center of Excellence for all global sourcing initiatives. Currently, MIS is headlined by an elite offshore team of recruiters dedicated to covering US requirements and Merge IT’s expanding international portfolio.
After three years of rapid growth, Senior Leadership has directed MIS to aggressively grow the team. The ideal profile for an MIS Global IT Recruiter would be a hungry, entrepreneurial self-starter with a minimum of 3+ years of US IT recruiting experience. In short, we need people we can trust to work a world away from our Headquarters in Florida.
Compensation:
7 Lakhs to 10 lakhs INR per annum depending on experience + commission.
What we can offer –
--This role is 100% remote and requires Monday – Friday / 9a - 5p ET US working hours. You will never report to an office.
--Laptop and productivity tools will be provided. Reliable high-speed internet is required to qualify for this role.
--You will ONLY work on contract IT requirements with enterprise-level clients. Merge IT is an award-winning, exclusive provider for several Managed Services Providers (MSPs).
--You’ll be given access to Recruiter, Dice, and Indeed among other sourcing tools.
--You will join an established MIS Team and our culture is one of respect, gratitude, and VIP service.
--Two weeks of paid training and mentorship from senior members of the Merge IT team.
Hiring & Interview Timeline –
--Monday 10/7 – Friday 11/1 – Interviews will begin.
--All offers will be made by Friday 11/1 to allow for 1 months’ notice.
--All new hires must be 100% available for training from Monday 12/2 through Friday 12/13. No exceptions.
Conditions of Employment –
--All new MIS hires are subject to 3-, 6-, and 12-month performance reviews – with penalties up to termination for poor performance metrics.
Global IT Recruiter – MIS Team
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Working on direct IT requirements on a day-to-day basis.
• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US and beyond.
• Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, and networking sites.
• Follow all processes and procedures under a VMS/MSP model.
• Driven to succeed with performance metrics as your guide.
• Comfortable working in an aggressive environment
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing.
• Excellent understanding of US tax terms and payroll.
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Flexible and detail-oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment and working with a team of highly-driven people.
• Expertise in using job portals like Dice, , Indeed, and others.
• Must have strong personal and professional ethics.
• Hands-on experience working with direct clients (preferred).
